The Sculptor of Warsaw – Ludwika Nitschowa
2015-03-08 / 12:00
The protagonist of the Women’s Day feature of the cycle is Ludwika Nitschowa – a disciple of Tadeusz Breyer. Nitschowa was a keen admirer of the human being and proudly declared her dislike of modern tendencies in art. We will see how the artist looked for models for her works, discover her most prestigious patrons, and find out how many of her disciples continue to shape the cityscape of Warsaw until the present day.
Meeting: 8th March, noon, in front of the Królikarnia Palace.
Admission with a museum ticket. Please have your public transport tickets with you.
