CITY WALK: Public service – the sculture in Wola and Ochota

THIS IS A REPEATED WALK OF 30/07/2015

Which Lviv sculptress managed an “open home” in Ochota? Which prof. Breyer’s student sent his sculptures to New York? How did artists help Second Polish Republic? We will explore these questions following the path of sculptures in Wola and Ochota.

Meeting time: 27 September (Sunday), at 12am, Narutowicza square, in front of the monument
Please take a public transport ticket with you.

The author of the walk series is Hanna Dzielińska – journalist, Warsaw tour guide, the 2nd prize winner in the competition of commemorating the Great Synagogue (May 2013). The city walk is a part of the programme accompanying the exhibition “Rhetorical figures. Warsaw’s architectural sculpture 1918-1970”.
