CITY WALK: Great Fame is a Joke – the Sculptures of the Southern Areas of Central Warsaw, part 2
How did artists struggle with the builders of the Marshal’s Residential District (MDM) to push their creative visions through to completion? What kind of bold mission did Jan Zachwatowicz and Stanisław Lorentz perform with the ministry sculptures in the background?
Will historic panels return to the facade of the Sejm? These are the topics of our sculptural tour of the southern areas of Central Warsaw.
Meeting: 19th July (Sunday), 3 pm, northern exit from the Politechnika metro station (corner of Nowowiejska and Waryńskiego) | The tour is available also on 20th September (Sunday) at noon, meeting in the same place
